I come from an entire family of therapists and, across my 25+ years in advertising, they would frequently ask me, "When are you going to join the family business?" Well, while coaching is very different from therapy, that day has arrived!

I chose to become a Leadership Coach because I couldn't not become a Leadership Coach, and because I have really been doing it from the start. My best days in advertising were spent trying to transform a difficult client, help individuals create and define their personal brand, run training & development sessions and help leaders get out of their own way and lead with greater purpose and influence. I am energized by the process of moving people from where they are to where they want to be, and in seeing the joy that they experience when they reclaim the narrative for their careers and for their lives.
