As a Certified Professional Coach, I focus on helping individuals lead with greater impact and on training teams to perform with higher effectiveness. In addition, I lead group training and development sessions around the 7 imperatives of effective leadership.
After a dynamic and fulfilling 28 year career in advertising, working with some of the biggest and best marketers in the world, I am now living my purpose as a Leadership Coach who is dedicated to helping high potential leaders become the very best version of themselves. I am energized by the process of moving people from where they are to where they want to be, and in seeing the joy they experience when they realize their potential as leaders.
